Alan Givens, Chief Executive Officer of Parrish Services, has been involved in the HVAC industry since 1980 when he graduated from the HVAC program at Rosepine Technical Institute in Rosepine, Louisiana. Parrish Services is a member of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA); Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC); International Code Council (ICC); Hearth, Patio and Barbecue Association (HPBA); GreenPlumbers; and the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSPHA). With more than 16 years in business, Sight & Sound Systems, Inc. (SASSI) specializes in designing custom audio, visual, security, and surveillance systems, and provides the whole range of audio/visual services, including media rooms, audio and video distribution, security, CCTV, fire alarm, access entry, intercom, central vacuum, and structural cabling and networking.

SASSI places great importance on customer satisfaction and support, and they're not happy until their customers are happy. They also understand the value in offering support and assistance throughout the life of each system.

With such a volatile and ever-changing industry, it is important to Kris Kaymanesh, Owner and President of SASSI, that his company receives proper training to stay on top of the industry. Being a member of the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) allows them access to the most up-to-date information and innovations available in the industry.

SASSI has achieved the National Housing Quality (NHQ) certification, a difficult process that approves quality control within the company, making it the only low voltage company that is NHQ-certified.

The Window Man

With nearly 21 years in the window business, The Window Man offers a wide selection of windows and doors, many of which are Green-certified, and specializes in providing its customers with the best window and door products available based on their customers' particular needs.

Understanding the importance of experiencing full-size products, Tom Patterson, Owner and President of The Window Man, has created three showrooms, enabling customers to experience full-size samples and to get an idea of how the products will look and feel in their homes.

As an educational window company, The Window Man focuses on educating its customers so they have the information they need to make the best purchases for their homes. They educate customers on the different types of products they offer and how those products will affect such things as electricity bills. More expensive doesn't necessarily mean better value when it comes to windows and doors.

The Window Man is an associate member of the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) and a charter member of the Window and Door Dealers Alliance (WDDA). They have also been granted membership in Green America through their provision of windows to Greenpeace Headquarters in DC, and are listed on the GSA Schedule for federal contractors which has given them more exposure to residential prospective clients.

The Window Man received the Angie's List Super Service Award in 2008 and 2009, is AAMA certified and in compliance with the AAMA Installation Master Standards for windows and doors, and has become an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.
